The Boys
It’s unfair to judge the quality of a series solely on the finale, but it’s also hard to ignore a bad finale and consider the entity of the show. The finale here was bad, it wrapped everything up in tidy little bows which is fine, but also just feel forced and fast. That said, it also failed to make any meaningful connection to the Gen V kids. They were there for a pep talk? All in all the show was fine (great even, at times) but it’ll go out with a bit of a fart. Which, honestly, might just be fitting for the series as whole.
