Review

Star Wars: The Clone Wars

The show does what the prequel films could not: show the fall of Anakin Skywalker. While that may have been the goal, it also explores bigger themes, like why the war exists when it benefits no one other than those already in power and the ethical question of thrusting a teenager to lead armies. Ultimately, The Clone Wars is the story of Ahsoka exposing the Jedi Council as a blinded political apparatus of the Chancellor. Ahsoka leaving the order is the beginning of the end, and rightly so. Power can corrupt even the noblest people.
