Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (78% TMDB)

Dark and layered. The kind of movie that doesn’t really exist any more. It’s also got themes that wouldn’t really work — police brutality, dirty cops, and the whole Kevin Spacy thing. It’s still a great movie, though.
