Overview
Tennis player turned coach Tashi has taken her husband, Art, and transformed him into a world-famous Grand Slam champion. To jolt him out of his recent losing streak, she signs him up for a "Challenger" event — close to the lowest level of pro tournament — where he finds himself standing across the net from his former best friend and Tashi's former boyfriend.
Review
Well, this was intense. I finally got around to watching since all of my favorites are out early at the US Open. Maybe they need to step back into a challenger tournament (or weird love triangle) to get their groove back. Anyway, fun fact, I serve like Zweig in the film. I’d never seen anyone else serve like that before. A hitting coach switched me to it a few years back because I had trouble with toss timing. It’s cool to see I’m not the only one with a goofy ass serve.
